The 2019 Spring Wishes album features Veron Lin (练倩汶) from Q-Genz, Tedd Chan (曾国辉) and Malaysian Youtuber PongPong – Gaston Pong (庞圭武) and Jeii Pong (庞捷忆). Continuing the love story with Prosperity God (Tedd) from the previous album, Queenzy will now play the role as his spouse and assistant.
This is the second consecutive year of filming the Queenzy and Friends album at Resorts World Genting (RWG). Among the highlights of the album include the new dining, nightlife and alfresco area – High Line, the European themed winter wonderland at SnowWorld as well as the 18-hole golf course at Awana. This year’s main challenge for the artistes and crew was filming under extreme weather of -7 degrees Celsius at SnowWorld for approximately 10 hours.
Queenzy is honoured to collaborate again with RWG as the venue provides excellent festive vibes as well as endless filming possibilities. The success of the 2018 album with RWG had laid the guiding principles and her vision to produce albums which are relevant to the current trends and lifestyle. This positions the 2019 Spring Wishes album apart from other similar albums; thus setting another new benchmark in this music genre.
Directed by Dolphin Pern, this album has a combination of narrative storytelling in the songs and modern dance steps with catchy melodies. With the latest cinematic filming and editing techniques including the usage of special effects, the music videos with uplifting melodies will not only entertain fans but mesmerize them.
